Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - A Very Restrictive Battle

Hello everyone! This is my second entry for this week's Splinterlands Social Media Challenge. Today I'm sharing a battle of mine in Modern Diamond Ranked.

This showcases one of the most ridiculous battles because it was so restrictive.

This game has the following rule sets: Wands Out, Armored Up, and Born Again. Pretty restrictive but not the worst. All splinters except Death are available too. So, why is it so restrictive? Because there's only 12 mana available. Combined with Wands Out, it's pretty bad. I went with Immortalis and Goblin Psychic. They went with Quix so they could play Void Dragon and Dax Paragon.

My opponent can't do any damage to me. All they can do is stick Affliction, which they will, in the 20 rounds before Fatigue. I can deal 1 damage per turn, but that's if I don't miss the attack. My chances of missing the attack are 40% from the speed difference plus 25% from the flying. So, I have 35% chances of hitting each attack. So, if I miss all my attacks or if I hit just 1 in the first 23 rounds, we end up with a draw. Void Dragon and Goblin Psychic both die on the same turn and Goblin Psychic doesn't heal enough to survive the 5 Fatigue damage. I still have a shot if that's the case. I just need to hit the attack after both get resurrected. If I hit 2 attacks or more, I win the game. It was very unlikely that I lose and I did win.

I played around with Xbot's Battle Vision. I changed my opponent's team to Obsidian, Venari Spellsmith, and Doctor Blight. It gives me about 2% chance of winning. The problem is that this team loses 98% of the time to what my opponent played. So we're in a situation where the team choice is basically a rock paper scissors. That's not very interesting.
