Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - Cryptic Messages

Hello everyone! This is my first entry for this week's Splinterlands Social Media Challenge. Today I'm sharing a battle of mine in Modern Diamond Ranked

I fought an interesting battle against Cryptic. It's a summoner I only have 2 copies so I can't use it in high-level games.

This game has the following rule sets: Tis but Scratches, Lost Magic, and Ferocity. I opted for Possibilus the Wise with Arkemis the Bear and Mantaroth in front. I followed them up with 2 Opportunity monsters: Kulu Mastermind and Deeplurker. I finished the team with 2 ranged units: Supply Runner and Swamp Spitter. They went with Cryptic with Arkemis in front. They put Mantaroth next, followed by Queen of Crows, Lira the Dark, Kulu Mastermind, and Night Ghoul. Weird team with Mantaroth having to wait to attack and Lira before Kulu. Night Ghoul also doesn't get to attack.

They gave Poison and Expose to their first 2 monsters. They Poisoned my Arkemis and dealt significant damage to Supply Runner. In round 2, they finished Supply Runner and put my Bear at low HP. Their own Bear and Ghoul are also getting low. In the next one, both Bears went down and the Night Ghoul died to the Poison. In round 4, they Poisoned my Mantaroth but I killed theirs. In round 5, they killed my Swamp Spitter. I killed the Queen and Lira with Mantaroth, despite missing 2 attacks with my other monsters. I continued to miss several attacks but I was able to finish the game in round 7.
