Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - Neutral Fight

Hello everyone! This is my second entry for this week's Splinterlands Social Media Challenge. Today I'm sharing a battle of mine in Modern Diamond Ranked

I fought an interesting battle in the Shades of Gray rule set.

This game has the following rule sets: Shades of Gray and Healed Out. In Shades of Gray, the summoner choice is very important because everyone has access to the same monster cards. I opted for Akane. With such low mana, getting 2 attacks before the game can be devastating. I placed Xenith Monk in front, followed by Venator Kinjo, and finished with Venka the Vile. They went with Quix the Devious and also used Xenith Monk as their tank. They put Venari Marksrat in the second position, Doctor Blight in the third, and Uraeus in the last.

I gave Ambush to Venka and Monk. They both killed the opposing Monk in the Ambush phase. Next, Venka destroyed their 2 monsters, leaving only Uraeus left. Uraeus Poisoned my Monk but it didn't matter as Venka finished the game in round 2. My team ended up being better, mostly thanks to Venka, but the 2 extra attacks were also very important.
