Chaos legion cards will create new champions!

I got to write a post about Chaos Legion monsters and how it will affect the future of Splinterlands gameplay. I can tell you they absolutely rock, especially when you get your common cards to at least level 6, then you unlock some skills that will make you win battles easy!

Below you can see that last season I was fortune enough to reach into GOLD 1 and I can thank my Chaos Legion monsters for that. The worst part is that it was not even close to difficult. I thought that when I entered gold leagues now my journey ends because I will meet players with Alpha and Beta cards. But little did I know, my Chaos Legion monsters crush Alpha- and Beta card opponents like hulk crush cars. It is such a relief, my goal was to get to Gold 1 and maybe advance to Diamond if I saw the rewards increase, which they did, so now I will have to move to Diamond anyway – lol!

With this confidence I believe that Chaos Legion monsters could take me to Champion league. There has never been better timing to build some fortune in Splinterlands – it is cheap to acquire new monsters and they also beat the c*** out of old monsters (Alpha/Beta)! So, if you even dreamt of beating your way to the top, I mean champion top, this is the time! I will definitely buy more packs, open more packs, my whole strategy has changed, simply because I have found the strength in Chaos Legion monsters. I also believe that as soon as I get into Champion mode the opponents that use to own the place must be scared when the underdog Olebulls hit them with his new monsters. Actually, “The big boys” might only be comfortable with the old cards gameplay so when I let my new monsters into the arena, they need to rethink their strategy! Ha-ha, I hope the latter statement will happen!

There are of course different combinations that I will struggle with from Alpha/Beta packs, but there are so few so I totally feel confident now that if I put the work in now, I can do it cheap and fast. This is it guys, this is the time to shine in Splinterlands and get yourself to the top of this game. Because we know, and we can tell by history that if you are not in now, you are out. Why? Because the prices will eventually climb back to its ATHs if the team manage to keep the game, infrastructure and tokenomics in a good balance. I know what I will do now, and it is so clear.

There are tons of play2earn games out there and I don’t even bother right now. Splinterlands is what stands me close, and I really understand. Splinterlands have success, why not stick around on something that already have success? A buddy once told me; keep the winners and get rid of the losers. As you probably already figured, Splinterland is the winner.

Below, proof that a “ex-gamer” got to gold 1 in a couple of weeks - imagen what I can do in 1 month, lol! The reason why I got there so fast? I have already said it, it is because I bought Chaos Legion packs.

Mowing forward I will need to spend some more to upgrade my summoners and decks but with some thorough investigation and strategy I believe that I will get a champion deck ready withing a couple of weeks. Thanks to some videos from @infidel1258 I managed to pick up some tricks and ye man, water is the new way to go!

However, my first focus will be on getting my summoners to max level, they are now at level 6, so I am getting closer. Thereafter, I will level my common, rare, epic, and legendary cards (in that order of course). My monsters are also reaching some decent levels (level 4-7), so I am soon ready to make my way through diamond and then finally Champion.

My favorite summoner and the power of Chaos Legion Cards.

The first summoner I will focus on is Kelya Frendul! This is without question my favorite summoner in Splinterlands now. At first, I did not like him that much and rather used Alric Stombringer because of the plus 1 magic to my water monsters. But after battling with Kelya for almost a month now I have learned that his stats in combination with some of the common and rare monsters is bad ass. He is the best guys! In my opinion.

Note from the battle how the so called “Shieldbearer” get overkilled by my speed and attack in the first round – this is the new summoner that owns the battlefield guys! Magic monsters as well mostly got beaten when they meet him, I will show some battles in future posts. Worth mention is that Obsidian (plus 1 magic on magic monsters) is also decent when you get some stacking on the common and rare magic monsters (level them up to at least level 6). I will explain in future which card to pick and level up.

Now, over to some candy, look at how Chaos legion monsters crush beta cards, they are going to be the best cards for battle when you get to know them properly and all the functions on all levels:
