It is not a good experience if there is some significant damage on the item that was sent through shipping

You are right but the damage is minor for the laptop received. White spots on screen, likely caused by pressure/ flopping around in the box during delivery. Only paid $100 USD so can't complain too much. The damage certainly could of been avoided with better packaging.
