SEASON END REWARD CHEST SILVER 3 50% or 75% chance cards?

According to Splinterlands Silver league and up will have a 50% chance of receiving cards at the end of the season but one time in my case i was able to get 9 cards in 12 chests. Though what I got are cheap cards I'm so happy because I expected to receive 6 cards at maximum but Splinterlands game 9 instead.
