One of the most beloved @Splinterlands characters by many artists and illustrators, RIVER NYMPH. She's a character I've really seen everywhere, in many versions and styles. I wanted to make my own version of this beautiful nymph, so today I come with my #fanart.

And some time ago I stopped working with fabric paints, yes the same one you use to make designs on your shirts or pants, well to paint this drawing I did it with those paints, because I love the result they leave on the paper, they also highlight the character you are doing in a beautiful way.

Y hace un tiempo he dejado de trabajar con pinturas para tela, si esa misma que usas para hacer diseños en tus camisas o pantalones, bueno para pintar este dibujo lo hice con esas pinturas, ya que me encanta el resultado que dejan en el papel, ademas hacen resaltar el personaje que estés haciendo de una forma hermosa.

I started making the sketch in my sketchbook, focusing on the original character to make my version, in which I only focused on the face since it is my forte. The original illustration does not have many elements that stand out to the eye, so to make my drawing I had the freedom to work on the face in my own way and without complications.

Comencé haciendo el boceto en mi cuaderno de dibujos, enfocándome en el personaje original para hacer mi versión, en el cual solo me enfoque en el rostro ya que es mi fuerte. La ilustración original no tiene muchos elementos que resaltaran a la vista, así que para hacer mi dibujo tuve la libertad de trabajar el rostro a mi manera y sin complicaciones.

Once I had the sketch done, what I started to do next was all the color work on the drawing. Working with canvas paints, as I had mentioned at the beginning, I worked on this drawing. The color palette for this work was based on that of the original character, which is entirely blue. At the end, the only thing I had to do were the final details, lines and glitter. And so I finished this beautiful work.

Cuando tuve el boceto hecho, lo que me puse a hacer después fue todo el trabajo de color en el dibujo. Trabajando con pinturas para tela, como les había mencionado al principio, fue que trabaje este dibujo. La paleta de color para este trabajo fue basada en la del personaje original, la cual es un su totalidad azul. Ya a lo ultimo lo único que me toco hacer fueron los detalles finales, linear y brillos. Y así finalice este hermoso trabajo.
