Waiting for uncertain hope.

A famous history book says, "Hope deferred makes the heart sick." That waiting makes me tired, and it's proven true time and time again. Many people who hope wait their entire lives for things that are elusive, like true love or extraordinary worldly opportunities.

Unfortunately, some things, like finding a soulmate, don't always happen as expected. Often, the wait can be frustrating, leading to sadness, anger, and other negative feelings.

One way to overcome such feelings is to read articles that might make you feel like someone else has experienced similar emotions.

I don't know your name,
your face is still a secret of heaven,
but in every prostration I offer,
your name is there in a prayer I don't voice.

I walk slowly,
not because I'm tired,
but because I'm sure,
fate is never in a hurry.

In the midst of the quiet night,
I entrust my unmanifest longing,
to the Almighty God,
so that one day we may meet without the pain of the past. Perhaps there will be days filled with enthusiasm, learning to fully understand and get to know someone who can keep their promises.

Because waiting is so boring, my time is wasted, never knowing that I have to wait for an uncertain hope...
