I was at the same Boat this Season and almost made it to Silver 3 (I'm lacking CP :( )
What helped me the most was a lvl 2 Summoner and a few leveled cards. One point in whatever stat don't seem much but 1 Health could be one more tanked hit to win or 1 Speed could be the final last dodge...
Look what max level Cards are allowed in Bronze and try to upgrade 1 or better 2 Splinters with Monsters to that Level.

Understanding some Tactics for the different rulesets is also Key!

The key here is to focus only on 1 or 2 faction. Buy or rent few cards and climb the ladder! For exemple you can play fire and rent Fineas Rage 0.1 DEC/day and Kobold Miner also around 0.1 DEC/Day and try with high mana cap #1/Living Lava #2/Fineas rage #3/Chaos agent #4Scavo hireling #5/Serpentine spy #6/Kobold miner #/6 Tenyii striker
You can also try to rent Tusk the wide for a good tank with magic protection 0.3DEC/DAY
