Novice Player Guide: Know your "Playable" Splinterlands Summoners - DRAKE OF ARNAK

I am here again to share my experiences as a splinterlands game novice who has grown in learning. This post would inspire any new user that feels it's difficult to start playing the splinterlands game.

As a new user, you can start playing the Splinterlands game even without buying your own cards. You have access to summoners and monster card units to engage in Battles. Your choice of summoner would affect the entire feel of the battle. In this post, I explain the usage of a Dragon Summoners (Drake of Arnak) in the Novice league.

This post on Drake of Arnak summoner would be the Fourth out of tbr 11 summoners that splinterlands game give you access to as a novice player. Each of these summoners have their special abilities and ways of influencing the battles they lead. This post would guide new users on how to choose your playable summoners in Splinterlands battles.

• Abilities: All friendly monster receives +1 armor

The Drake of Arnak is a medium-sized Dragon hybrid. He is highly intelligent and extremely rich, but cannot fly nor breathe fire. All his life he has honed his skills as a summoner, hoping to win a share of the glory that should rightfully be his as a carrier of the fire blood. The Drake's trademark is that his monsters are summoned to battle with a thin force field of blue fire, fortifying their defenses. Forms have been filed by the High Council to formally request that the Drake of Arnak hand over his secrets for the good of the united Gloridax, but he will not give up his proprietary magic without a fight. The Drake of Arnak is the Gloridax rival of Daria Dragonscale; the two despise one another.

Using DRAKE OF ARNAK for battles

I have used this card called Drake of Arnak in the last three days for splinterlands battles. As a dragon card, you have to call another splinter for the battle. That means, you can use this dragon summoner with fire, water, earth, life, death and neutral cards. I think this is the only summoner in the list of playable summmoners that can function that way.

I have used Drake of Arnak with Fire and Earth Monster cards. In some cases, I won. I some cases, I lost.

While battling, Drake of Arnak would give your team's monsters each 1 armor. You have to be careful that you battle against a team with magic attack which ignores armor.

1. Battling DRAKE of ARNAK with Fire Monsters

Battling with Fire Card onsters was very interesting. I actually won the battle. See the battle link here. It was a difficult battle but since all enemy monsters came with melee attack cards, it was easier for my team to win.

2. Battling DRAKE of ARNAK with Earth Monsters

Earth monsters are my best set of monsters for battles. This is becasue of cards like Venaru Knifer and Mycelic Slipspawn. When earth monsters were used with the dragon Drake of Arnak, most of the opponents surrendered the fights. I lost one of the battles. here is the link

In summary, it is a cool experience using the dragon summoner - Drake of Arnak for battles. I am looking forward to buying and using more dragon cards in my future battles to know how wonderful my team's performance would be.
