Obligatory EOS Rewards Post ~ Ad Finitum

I assume most know that there is a little bit of a kerfuffle in the Splinterlands over the new reward system. While we all get used to what the new requirements are and probably some obvious rage quits. I really like those, and do expect many.

In the meantime, since it is the start of the season I figured it is a good idea to not get too irritated and took my 1300 start rating down to 1000.

Selecting the first random cards when choosing a team and repeating that about 30 times provides just the right amount of perspective.

Obviously that will get tedious then I will try playing the rulesets again and at least get out of that irritating Silver.

All in all the new system will just take some getting use to but does seem to have pretty okish progression feedback. I will only know my real average for Daily chests once I am back in gold but it does seem quite achievable to then equal out with what it would have been before.

Obviously, streaks and such things are stupid to try and aim for since this is more a game of max value or luck and I have neither.

Regardless, if I get agitated throw a few matches get ecr down to not be bothered about being near 100% and call it quits. Anyway guess I am just in a call it quits mood. So here are my season rewards since that is what the title said.

The new cards seem to have fallen in line with the market pretty well and will even out once the obvious misplaced FOMO dissipates. Like don't we learn in this game to just chill out? Really has there been one thing you would regret to just wait a couple weeks then act? No, the only things you regret is acting immediately. So relax people. FFS.

Anyway looking at the Vampiric Flower thingy, I guess not selling that for $8 if that is not a lie would be one thing I will regret...

So maybe I should thank those who do lose their shit at shiny new things.

And that is all for rewards, I will probably start possibly maybe do a concerted effort to make the 900 rating needed for Gold, but at least my ecr won't be 100% and when it comes to game mechanics in general. That is all that matters, don't waste ecr.
