Why your hands so fast dud?

How do you get those sudden drop in DEC rent in certain cards? Me I just keep refreshing the browser until a very low DEC rent offer appears. But as soon I get to hit rent, someone just got ahead of me. Is there a more efficient way in fast renting LOW DEC cards? What's your trick? Let me know in the comments!
