SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! MAGI OF CHAOS

Today I can share a battle with one neutral Monster, the Magi of Chaos (what a cool name!).
The Ruleset

Death and Earth allowed, so a Thaddius was on the table. But I don't have any good high mana monsters to fill this battle, so I decided to go for a Obsidian Magic play anyways.
The Lineup
| Card | Ability | Reason |
|---|---|---|
![]() | +1 Magic attack | As I said, I don't have a big choice in this ruleset. |
![]() | Double Strike | A tank with big damage output, perfect when used with a Taunt. |
![]() | Shield | A secondary tank. |
![]() | Flying | With 6 speed and the magic buff from Obsidian, a good damage dealer with a high chance of missing hits. |
![]() | No abilities, but also a decent Magic attacker. | |
![]() | Tank Heal | With 2 attack for 3 mana this is a decent choice! |
![]() | Taunt | The main card for my Grund play! |
The Battle
Round 1

My opponent decided to go for Thaddius with -1 Magic, which conters me. I hoped to get enough damage anyway to kill him with my Grund and the Magic attackers.
Round 2

My Taunt is gone, so my Grund is only supported by the tank healer. I don't think this is enough, especially because my opponent played some nice Void / Void Armor tanks.
Round 3

The Tanks are gone, now it is a pure damage output battle.
Round 4

Round 5

Round 6

The Rewards
No win
Conclusion
Maybe the Obsidian play was not the best choice here, as my damage output was to low after my enemy played the Thaddius. I should buy some more death cards, especially from RW to increase my high mana battle power with this splinter I think.
