SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! REGAL PERYTON

Today I can share a battle with one the most used monster for me in the earth splinter: the Regal Peryton. As a mid mana magic monster, it fits so well with Obsidian, so lets go into it!

The Ruleset

Mid mana with Super Sneak will allows a melee play from the opponent. Assuming my enemy will play some sneak play, I choose a tank with thorns and make the damage with magic!

The Lineup

Card	Ability	Reason
	+1 magic attack	TIt's magic time!
	Thorns	A tank with thorns is perfect when assuming a heavily melee play.
	Taunt	A magic taunt monster with nice damage after the Obsidian buff.
	Flying	With the Obsidian buff, 3 magic damage are awsome.
	Protect	When assuming a melee play, additional armor is always welcome.
	Tank Heal + Affliction	A supporter with more magic damage.
	Dispel	Another magic attacker.

Round 1

Ouch! My opponent plays a hard magic counter and gives the whole team magic reflect. I am not sure at this point how this will end...

Round 2

I killed his first tank in the first round. Now the second tank with void armor (!) is in the front line. My team is still complete thankt to the Slipspawn.

Round 3

Now the monsters on both teams are falling... I have still a decent amount of damage left, but due to the magic reflect, I am very low on hitpoints and will die very quickly in my backline.

Round 4

That was a close one. Finally the two thorns monsters are facing each other, but I've got more hitpoints left. GG.

Conclusion

Although my opponent goes for a magic reflect team, I was able to hit him hard due to my damage output. A nice demonstration how powerful Obsidian can be.
