SHARE YOUR BATTLE WITH ANTOID PLATOON
Today I will share with you a game with Antoid Platoon (you can find the weekly challange here). I often use the fire Splinter as my daily focus, where I can often use this card in lower mana battles as a main tank. But this time, something should be different...
THE RULESET
The mana restrictions favours the Antoid Platoon, as a low mana main tank with the shield ability. Also, due to the close range and aim true setup, I was looking for a way to counter some range attacks. Lets look into it:
THE LINEUP

THE BATTLE
ROUND 1
As expected, my enemy went for mainly range damage. The key card is of course the Axemaster, which is heavily reduced by my Quix. As there is no Sneak, snipe, opportunity, my main damage dealer are safe and only the Ice Pixie is able to deal some damage to the Antoid Platoon.
ROUND 2
After round 1, I get rid of the Ice Pixie with my Dhampir, so nobody can hit my Platoon Anymore. The Rest is just a question of time :-)
ROUND 3 - 4
I get rid of the creeping ooze and i am working through the enemy armor... There is nothing special going on, as all enemy monsters attack the platoon whith 0 damage!
CONCLUSION
My anticipation work pays off. I was looking for a anti-range setup due to the ruleset. The platoon in combination with quix worked very well, as there were just the Ice Pixie who can deal damage to the platoon. Bus this guy died very quick due to my Dhampir, so the rest of the game was an easy win.
