Absurd Ratings in the Leaderboard

Many of you know this but the top players in the bronze league have a rating skipping silver or gold league. With the rewards in the leaderboard being big, it became a way for some to be stucked at Bronze and make their way to the top instead of going to higher ranks and losing their leaderboards spot.
