Hi Splintertalk, from a complete Noob!
I've just started playing Splinterlands, what a fantastic game!

This is my second day playing, I have completed my Quest both days so far. I haven't played many battles outside of the Quests yet though, as I'm still trying to work out what's what.

I have started buying myself some cards, I originally bought these as my daily Quests were to win with fire. I saw a post, recommending these for new players so I bought them. They haven't done too bad to be fair.

Here's my stats page so far, like I said it's my second say of playing and I've still got a lot to learn. You can see I created the account back in 2018. I made the account but just never got round to playing, I really wish I did now!

Last but not least, my Battle log. I've had a couple of winning streaks. But they didn't last long. I still think I've lost more than I've won but I'm guessing it will just take practise. I'm hoping the more I learn about the cards the better I will get.
I have started watching beginner guides on YouTube and I'm finding some quite helpful.
What tips or advice could you give me please? Or what cards would you recommend I get next?
yoo man how are you? it has been a long time
It's been really long buddy I'm good thanks how's you?
yes it is. I am good also my friend.
How is the splinterlands you are playing?
I am still stuck at bronze III,
Congratulations @phonetix! You received a personal badge!
You can view your badges on your board and compare yourself to others in the Ranking
Congratulations on restarting with Splinterlands, buying your first cards and getting your first rewards. Solid choice for less expensive cards to start. I'm not a big fan of fire splinter but it certainly can be powerful, especially in the beginning.
Good luck!
