I think most of the cards that come out of the Gladius pack are dual skill cards like this.
I haven't used this kind of double or triple skill cards much, but I will definitely rent a few cards like this one day. 😀
These cards are account bound means you can not rent or sell it. You can get cards like this for free, Join a guild and participate in brawl to earn merits and then you can buy a pack like this.

No it is the gladius packs cards that can be bought with the merits. Merits can be earned in the loot chests and also for participating in the brawls.
these cards are beautiful. In the next few days I will also proceed with a purchase of Gladius cards
