PKM:SPS Reward Pool Update

Exciting news for PKM:SPS liquidity providers!! We added new rewards worth over $11k to the liquidity pool that will be distributed over 120 days.

Here is a summary of updates related to the PKM:SPS reward pool.

1. Over $11k of profits have been added to a new 120 day long distribution

2. APR is presently at 96%

3. We did not print any new PKM for this period (Awesome news!!!). All PKM in the reward pool came from Premium payments or from buying PKM using DEC.

4. In fact, we raised the value of PKM by 5+ percent because of the PKM that was purchased.

   • The PKM:SPS ratio is now 5.2 (as a reminder, it started at 10:1 and for well over 6 months it's been between 5 and 5.5).

5. Historically speaking, we can now say that PKM has been very consistent with the price of SPS

6. About a year ago when PKM started, we had 4 participants add SPS to the pool and get PKM and provide liquidity and not get rewards distributed.

   • Time period for the initial liquidity stakers is over at the one year mark and they can withdraw.
   • One party was a Splinterlands donation and it will remain staked into PKM:SPS with no rewards
   • Two parties are @jarvie and @asgarth and they are planning to stay in the pool and for the time being in the unrewarded account. (At some point we'll likely move that LP into an account that does get part of the rewards)
   • The smallest participant (team member) is free to choose what they want.

7. We claimed 500+ Vruz and are selling them. The funds generated from these will go towards the reward pool.

8. We have over 102K GLX that will also go towards the reward pool, but are in no rush and will wait until the game is playable hoping for better pricing and so that the GLX earns good APR while staked instead of sitting in a distribution pool earning nothing.

TLDR: We are very happy with the health of the PKM:SPS reward pool.
