Splinterlands Battle Mage Weekly Challenge - Fab Four

Hello everybody in the splinterlands community and to all members of hive. This is my entry to the splinterlands battle mage challenge for this week. I did not want to share this battle because it was a very very. The battle was very fast and very decisive. I changed my mind and chose to publish this hoping the more experienced players will give me helpful tips.

Ruleset and Its Meaning

This ruleset is the explosive weaponry ruleset which means that the all monsters have the blast ability.

This other ruleset is the close range ruleset which means that ranged attacks may be used in the first position in battle.

This last ruleset is the Fab four ruleset which means that up to four units can be used.

Summoner and Team Choices

I chose this earth summoner, to grant my cards the thorns ability.

My Opponent's team selection

My opponent chose this life summoner which gave all the cards +1 shield.

Round 1

---

The summoner buffs was applied to the various cards and the battle started with my opponent attacking my first card first and killing my second card because of the blast.

The death of my second card increased my first and third card in stats and then my first card attacked removing the shields of both the first and second cards of my opponent. My opponent's third card killed my first card allowing my second card (Unicorn Mustang) the chance to finally attack.

Round 2

My Unicorn Mustang finally attacked and did huge damage but it was not enough to kill my opponent's first card. It only caused me more damage by giving my opponent's increased attacks.

My opponent's first card with its renewed attacks attacked my first card and killed it. The blast also killed my last card.

This is how fast and quick my battle ended.

I lost this battle after 2 rounds.
