Summoner

Just a generally good Life Summoner, this can be interchangeable with Khala or Lorna Shine if you have them as your higher-level summoner as they also give out quite positive buffs to all units in the team comp.

Build-Around Units

One of the fastest 3 drops in the game and paired with its sneak ability can decimate squishy back rows without them even getting a single hit it.

To further make speed a non-issue and make your team always hit first adding in a debuff unit or two like the Time Mage that was just introduced in Chaos Legion and an old favorite Creeping Ooze can give your opponents a rough time as your team can just run laps around them.

Modifiers

With no restrictions on which element to use in this match, I just put in my trusty Clay Golem on the 1st position as It has a high enough health pool to soak enough damage from either magic or physical with the added boost from the divine shield modifier and my +1 armor. The rest of the comp was put in their optimal positions Ooze can be either a 2nd tank or backline dealer's choice. The opponent went with General Sion and Arabelst as their damage dealer good choice with a lot of obstacles needed to chew through.

My team won in the end, without my extra speed bonus though I think there would be a good chance for a different outcome to occur as 6 damage a turn for that Arablist is quite good without a Shield to contend it.

Final Thoughts

With the release of Chaos Legion and the Rewards Pool Life has many options for a low mana damage dealer such as Celestial Harpy, Stitch Leech, Uraeus, and Feral Spirit all with unique advantages to them some have additional armor, more health, etc. and it is up to the player to see which is the right decision per match as it is not always possible to play them all.
