I am now a Splinterlands Land Owner!

So I promised myself that I will strive to earn a plot of land from buying and selling assets of Splinterlands, and let the investment further grow. Today, it is thanks to the recent spike of the Chaos Legion Packs that I finally have enough!

It wasn't easy

I knew that I could get the best deal today because some whales were probably unloading some PLOT so they could buy more packs! I knew I just had to get it today. I remember @rosiew had a post about her getting land. There was someone competing with her and consistently trying to outbid her but eventually, she won the bid. I experienced something similar and it was getting pretty annoying that this person was constantly outbidding me by .01 HIVE each time. I probably raised my bid 5 times! Eventually someone decided to sell 2 plots, and gave it to us! So YEEEEEY.

So after so long I have finally got it! It being in my wallet is proof that it's actually there! I was envious of those people saying how they got a land already, and finally I'm one of those people! I'm finally prepared for the next stage of the game which will come out in Q2 2022 (hopefully).

Transfer Time!

Now I was researching how to transfer, and there are 2 options. One was to send it to steemmonsters as seen in this very informative video of CryptoLlama!

The other way is to use Beeswap and press the transfer token button.

You'll get this sign, and simply click Transfer PLOT to Splinterlands.

After around 10 seconds, you should receive a notification in game! That's it!

Thanks for taking the time to read about this. It became a short, how to guide as well, so I hope you learned something new too! Remember there are only 150,000 plots in Splinterlands. Each piece of land is an important asset and with how the game is growing, owning land is an investment for the future!

Congrats! I actually bought a PLOT the other day as well. The prices feel like their only going to keep going up once the Chaos Legion furor finally dies down. It's getting close to popping up on the radar. Can't wait! Now I just have to keep building my deck so I have the cards to run the place. lol It never ends....

WERE YOU THE ONE FIGHTING WITH ME FOR THE PLOT?! (capslock for the intensity lol) I'm kidding xD In any case yeah! The new cards are so fun to play with! I'm still trying to understand the meta! Can you believe next year we might have a different meta when the rift watchers enter the battlefield? it's insane! Congrats on getting a plot too! Hello my fellow landlord!

Finally, please forgive my delay in responding here. I have been swamped with my new job as well as it's Christmastime. :) I'm still around and loving Splinterlands though. I just have limited time.

I'm working directly for Jarvie so I get to do all sorts of things (he's a professional photography plus all the amazing Splinterlands stuff). This means that YESSSS I get to work with Mozzie, too!! YIPPPEE :) Working with Mozzie is one of my favorite parts of the whole job! ;) He's such a nice person!
