With the release of Rebellion, all Untamed cards can no longer be used in Modern Format, veteran Splinterlands players who are used to using legendary summoners such as Yodin, Kitty Lorna, Mylor, Llama or monsters like Almo, Kron will be forced to learn again to change the way they play to adapt. with the available cards.

The monsters and abilities available are very interesting you can learn more here about Rebellion Cards, as a Splinterlands player who likes this game, these changes are very interesting to learn about, because the changes are very big, starting from the loss of quite a lot of Untamed cards, new abilities, new monsters, new summoners, the existence of dual element summoner who can use monsters from 2 elements at once, there is a summoner who can choose what ability to use at the start of the game, also changes to the Weapon Training ability which is now permanent and cannot be lost even if the person with this ability dies. This is a new monster from the Rebellion that has the Weapon Training ability:

At the start of Rebellion's release, I came across a lot of players with Rebellion cards at max or almost max level but the closer they got to EOS the fewer the numbers, perhaps they had already moved up to Champion League.
while I am still struggling in the Diamond League. Maybe at the lower levels of the Bronze-Gold league, you will find more Rebellion cards in battle because the amount needed to raise the level according to the league is not too much.

• 1st battle, the Rebellion card the enemy uses :
  

  • Prunda Undervesch a dual summoner Life and Water Element.
  • Daigendark Surveyor monster from Water element.
  • Daarg Deadblast monster from Water element.
  • Albahoo Forester from Life element.

  This is a new strategy in the ruleset Noxious Fumes I call it the ultimate Triage (Heal monster not in the first position) strategy 😀. In the front, they use Inevitable (Riftwatcher airdrop card) who immune to Poison and can do Triage, This monster is weak against magic. Our magic monsters are forced to attack Daigendark Surveyor who has Magic Reflect because of the ruleset Target Practice. Their main attacker is a magic attack, Daigendark Surveyor and Albahoo Forester can't attack but due to the Weapon Training from Daarg Deadblast they now have 3 magic attacks. All monsters from Rebellion cards have high HP. In this battle, we can see 3 monsters using Triage ability (Inevitable, Daarg Deadblast, and Albahoo Forester). Although our Pelacor Conjurer already reflected the magic attack with Amplify from Dax Paragon they are very hard to kill. In this battle we lost, our monster could only defend but did not have enough attack. This enemy strategy is very good, especially in the ruleset Broken Arrow.

• 2nd battle the Rebellion card the enemy uses :
  

  
  • Zeddica, a dual summoner Water and Death element.
  • Moxian Rebel, a monster from Neutral element.

  I think the enemy strategy in the Weak Magic ruleset they assumed that we would use range monster so they used Riftwing which can decrease the enemy range damage. With the high speed and Flying ability of Riftwing supported by the Blind ability from Spirit Hoarder and Swiftness ability from River Nymph, they hoped that our attack could be evaded, and we got punished by the Return Fire ability but fortunately, we bring Merdhampir who can disable the Flying ability and all of our monster speed is high, so we can easily kill this monster. We can win this battle because of the RNG too Doctor Blight Affliction ability not working until round 3.

• 3rd battle the Rebellion card the enemy uses :
  

  • Akane, new Dragon Summoner. The enemy choose Life as second element.
  • Runeseer Sevaya, a monster from Dragon element.
  • Skyspire Yak, a monster from Life element.

  Akane have 2 new ability we can choose between Lookout (Adjacent units receive 1 less damage from attackers with Sneak, Snipe, and Opportunity. Additionally all units take half damage from ambushed as long as a unit with lookout is on your team) or Ambush (This unit gets to act before the battle begins). The enemy choose Ambush with Xenith Monk and Skyspire Yak so this 2 monster will attack first, and it seem they have their own round. You can see round 1 happen twice in this battle. After the buff and debuff the ability Ambush activated from the summoner these 2 monsters (Xenith Monk and Skyspire Yak) attacked our monster then it repeated with the same text said round 1 but this time they attacked according to their monster speed. Skysphire Yak attack is unique this monster has 2 attacks/attacks twice from melee damage (2 melee damage) and their armor (2 armor damage) may be inspired by the Captain America movie ? 😆, the animation is cool though. I don't know if the attack from the armor will disabled if the armor is destroyed or not?, because this monster dies before having a chance to attack again when the armor is gone. Runeseer Sevaya is a good support monster, Maybe it's like Queen Mycelia in Earth element. In this battle we won, I think because we bring a monster with a Heal ability Venari Crystalsmith, while the enemy does not bring any healer.

• 4th battle the Rebellion card the enemy uses :
  

  
  • Grimbardun Smith, a monster from the Neutral element

  I think this monster is the mascot of the Rebellion because they show many pictures with this monster and the other mascot is Mantaroth I have never seen Mantaroth yet in battle. This monster is not at max level in this battle, but in the ruleset Equalizer this monster is very powerful with the help of their summoner Lily Shieldpaw makes this the only monster we can attack. Although they only have 1 healer and we have 15 damage but at the end of the round their healer Merdaali Guardian can heal almost at full HP only decreasing -1 HP, with immunity ability this monster is immune to the effect of the Tis But Scratches ruleset or any other negative effect like poison from our monster Deeplurker and Uraeus. their attacker busy attacking our monster in the back and in the front. After a very long battle one by one, our monsters die and we still can't kill Grimbaldun Smith. We lost in this battle. I'm surprised with this monster defense capability, Interested to see the price I go to Splinterlands market here is the price :
  
  for 1 bcx the cheapest card costs $3.51 and we need 115 for the max level, so the total price of this monster is approximately 3.51 x 115 = $403 at the max level. I think monster like the Almo monster from the Untamed edition card which can't be used anymore, the Almo use speed to evade many attacks as their main defense this monster use the ability Shield and Void who can decrease all kind of attack damage by 50%. Those are some battles using the Rebellion Card which I think are very interesting. The appearance of the Rebellion Card makes this game like a new game again, I think in the next 1-2 seasons more and more people will use it and new great formations will also emerge.
