Yesterday, my D.Buzz post showed the default linear version of HIVE’s price moves over the last 12 months, but the logarithmic version of the chart might be even more impressive:

If you’re down in the dumps about Hive’s prospects in 2022, you just haven’t been paying attention. Splinterlands was the big story of 2021. Odds are, it’ll be a big story again in 2022 and/or something else will be even bigger.

The best-laid schemes o' mice an' men, Gang aft a-gley:

I’m here for the long haul. More than once, I’ve mentioned that my plan is to never power down, notwithstanding Mike Tyson’s “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.” (As an aside, DuckDuckGo seems to be uncertain whether he said Everyone or Everybody.)

But I have to admit that I hope to be able to siphon off some liquid earnings, at least those dribbling in from from delegations, in 2022. My fiat debt situation might be better than that of a lot of Americans, but I do have some debt that I’d like to ditch.

Hive Power Up Day:

Just a very nominal power up this month, only adding 0.1% to my Hive Power. I’m also converting some HBD into liquid HIVE ahead of the LARYNX/Ragnarok snapshot. Truth be told though, that liquid HIVE will likely end up morphing into DEC and/or SPS for Splinterlands. Oh well, still within the Hive ecosystem.
