In Silver III I fought a battle utilizing Goblin Psychic, Earth versus Water, 27 mana, Heavy Hitters and Even Stevens rule sets. With Earth, given my druthers I’d use Grund as a tank but 27 is somewhat of a middling mana. And using a level 4 Obsidian summoner, I could employ Venari Knifer as a level 5 tank. The real weakness in my lineup was the lack of a good Reach monster since my 5 mana Orc Sergeant could not be used (I should get around to adding a 4 mana Minotaur Warrior to my deck to use with the Even Stevens rule set). Queen Mycelia is not usually used in second position but I wanted to give that chubby Psychic a few turns until he might have ended up in first position. Behind him was a level 5 Supply Runner with the Swiftness ability. During the battle Goblin Psychic used his Affliction ability which was moot because my opponent did not have a healer employed. This is not the first battle I’ve been in where I’ve been impressed by the usefulness of Halfling Alchemist; I really should rent/buy one.

In Kyiv, defiant Ukrainians hold off Russian army: ‘We know we will win’

The Ukrainian government said that as of Saturday morning, 3,500 Russian troops had been killed, and 200 more had been taken prisoner. Whether the figures were true or designed to rattle Moscow, the Russian news service Tass reported them before quickly deleting mention of the totals from its website.

Cultural Grievances Dominate CPAC

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has much of the world transfixed and on edge. President Biden announced a new Supreme Court appointment who is unlikely to get any significant Republican support.
But at the Conservative Political Action Conference, the annual gathering of the right wing of American politics, the news convulsing the world seemed oddly distant. Instead, the focus was on cultural grievances, former President Donald J. Trump and the widespread sense of victimization that have replaced traditional conservative issues.

What Trump Took from the White House

Some of the presidential records recovered from former president Donald Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago are so sensitive they may not be able to be described in forthcoming inventory reports in an unclassified way.

Putin’s miscalculation

The president has misread not only Ukrainians, but also Russians.

Probably too complex a character? Anarcho-communism might be an oxymoron to most people.

Nah, too anti-corporation.
If Nestor had won his war we would live in a very different world.

Anarcho-communism might be an oxymoron to most people.

Yes, for sure if they never looked outside the matrix of control placed upon them by gov't indoctrination camps.
