Here's how I drew it:

First I will design with AutoCard.

#Then I will paint black on the eyeballs.

I will paint pink and blue around the eyeballs.

Again, I will paint light white blue and yellow color around the eyes.

I will take black color in the upper part between the eyes.

Then I will paint blue, yellow and red between the eyelids.

#Finally, I will paint the tears under my eyes red, blue and yellow.
