Feminine traits are rewarded in todays society. In school boys are told to keep quiet, supress their energy, be overly nice to girls, sit in one place and focus on boring and unstimulating material with no practical application, sports have less of an impact than before and many boys-only clubs are now mixed-gender.
In daily life women are rewarded for small steps while boys are simply doing what's expected of them with no appraise. If you look at average woman vs average man it's obvious that the balance is skewed. Average girl can get tons of followers on social media, potential dates on dating apps and is empowered by society on each step, there are mulitple movements that support women in going to the good university or assist in climbing the corporate ladder. There's an internet of culture of 'girlboss' grindset behavior that encourages sociopathic selfish behaviour.
Women are rooting for eachother on each steep, there's sort of girl-integrity companionship that men no longer have, the brotherhood is almost gone from this world, it's lying on the ground sickingly. Any critique of woman behaviour is met with even harsher response and name calling as if women are the monarchy and you're about to get your head cut off.
The average man and the average woman have it so differnet today, it's unreal.
Also an obvious thing: teachers, parents and culture protecting and encouraging girls while either dismissing or putting boys down.
Combine it with other socioeconomic facts and yeah, no wonder men don't want to be men anymore.
Many men actually did 'silent-quitting' because they don't feel powerful and capable enough in todays world. You can feel that there's less integrity and less ambition nowadays, it's as if many guys stepped on brakes.
