Greetings dear friends players and lovers of splinterlands, this time I come to share with all of you a little of my art, for some time I have been thinking that I wanted to represent with my art some of the inhabitants of the universe of splinterlands and I decided that I am going to draw only the characters of the cards that I have in my personal collection. A couple of years ago I made that little sketchbook, it was supposed to be for when I left my house, to take it with me and have something to comfortably draw on the street, but I never gave it that use; I had it saved and I'm going to use it to make these drawings of the inhabitants of splinterlands.
Saludos queridos amigos jugadores y amantes de splinterlands, en esta ocasión vengo a compartir con todos ustedes un poco de mi arte, desde hace un tiempo he estado pensando en que quería representar con mí arte algunos de los habitantes del universo de splinterlands y me decidí que voy a dibujar solo los personajes de las cartas que tengo en mi colección personal. Hace un par de años en el pasado elaboré ese pequeño cuaderno de bocetos, se supone que era para cuando saliera de mi casa, llevarlo conmigo y tener algo para dibujar cómodamente en la calle, pero nunca le dí ese uso; lo tenía guardado y lo voy a utilizar para hacer estos dibujos de los habitantes de splinterlands.
For this first drawing I decided to choose the character PELACOR BANDIT, because it was the first card I got in the game, the first in my collection; Some time ago I made a post telling a little about the history of the
PELACOR so I won't go into that topic much. The coloring of the drawing is done by creating several layers with different shades of colors from light to dark in order to project that illusion of dimension; At first I wanted to make a background for the scene, but I'm still not very good with backgrounds, so the character just seemed to me to look good.
Para este primer dibujo decidí elegir al personaje PELACOR BANDIT, porque fue la primera carta que obtuve en el juego, la primera de mi colección; ya hace un tiempo realicé un post contando un poco la historia de los
PELACOR por eso no entraré mucho en ese tema. El coloreado del dibujo lo realice creando varías capas con distintas tonalidades de colores desde claros a oscuros para poder proyectar esa ilusión de dimensión; al principio quería hacer un fondo para la escena, pero todavía no soy muy bueno con los fondos, así el personaje solo ya me pareció que se veía bien.
This was the final result of a whole day of work, I am very satisfied to see the progress I am having with each new drawing I make, I still have to polish many aspects of my strokes and coloring, but little by little I have grown as an artist and that makes me feel very happy. Este fue el resultado final de todo un día de trabajo, estoy muy satisfecho al ver el progreso que voy teniendo con cada nuevo dibujo que realizo, todavía tengo que pulir muchos aspectos en mis trazos y coloreado, pero poco a poco he crecido como artista y eso me hace sentir muy feliz. Espero que este post sea de su agrado, buenas vibras 🖖🏼.
