Building a Life Worth Living

So, for most people there are bunch of things that are worth spending time on practically but how to do this varies between everyone, here are some things: effectiveness, pragmatism, understanding, kindness, taking care of oneself like ones own health, so diet, exercise, sleep and socialize well with others. Independent thinking, sincerity, care for making the world better, learning with strong effort, open-mindedness so judging things based on their merit, taking breaks, listening and putting in effort to understand ones own thinking which includes emotions, accepting what is, knowing that living is changing forever, valuing ones own wellbeing, being confident whilst also making it so that others can express themselves, understand that you effect others a lot generally but not in the way of them thinking directly about you but in the way of you changing the way they think and act and them changing you, valuing working and effort, understanding that most things one does is a skill that can be improved and that can deteriorate, knowing that a better world is possible, hope is important, love is too, understanding that life is a journey, ...

And there is a lot more but the point being that there are lot of good things to work on, and well there are a lot of bad things to work against, this can be applied to most people, but is some of this wrong? Nah, probably not, but maybe. Is most of it or a large part of it? Fuck no. Also, the laws of physics dictate that for force put into bad things we need an equal or greater force to go against if we don't want that to happen. And the momentum put into to good things unless it meets and equal or greater force makes the world better! Cheers to sincerity.
