The options are many and below you'll see what opportunities are available for all yall that were gifted some extra holiday cash.

1. Buy DEC. DEC isn't expensive and you get one airdrop point per DEC. Now the total amount of airdrop points increases everyday as other players collect more points. You must have a fair chunk of airdrop points in order to get free SPS and one of the cheapest ways to do that is to buy DEC. Additionally, DEC can be used to rent/purchase cards. It's a very versatile currency for splinterlands with many opportunities.

2. Buy SPS. Besides the SPS you get from airdrops, you can buy SPS to stake. The more SPS you have to stake, the more free SPS you receive. Additionally, SPS will come more into play with lands in the near future per splinterlands. Being the governance token, SPS will be very important to hold in the future and you should try to get as much as you can.

3. Buy cards. Over time, the cards you rent out will pay for themselves and you don't have to rent the cards for yourself anymore that you buy.
