Hello Splinterlands community! I hope you are all doing well. Splinterlands has become one of my favourite games so far and I enjoy playing it everyday. The battlefield is so thrilling that I get to learn new things everyday. Today, I want to share my journey of frontier ranked mode. Finally I have reached Bronze I and I think reaching silver III is possible before the season ends. This is like a fresh opportunity to improve my gameplay so here am I with you guys.

I was not so lucky with daily spins today so I won't be sharing the details of it. Maybe next time when I get some good rewards I would happily discuss about it for now I want to discuss about my progress in Splinterlands. After losing three matches in modern ranked mode I thought maybe I should focus on frontier mode first. Because I am still a beginner so playing modern mode directly is not a good choice. I am going to share my last match which was one of my toughest match.

My Team

In this battle, I saw my favourite elements are locked. I am not used to playing with locked elements. I am not so professional with other elements so I was really confused which element should I pick? Then I thought I should use water element, as I had only two options. I thought I have played so many matches against my opponent and noticed them using a good lineup of water element so I applied the same one in this match.

Summoner

Marlai Singariel Lv. 1 (All friendly magic unit attacks have +1 magic attack)

I have not played with this element that much but I was sure that it was gonna work because I had the advantage of high mana.

1st Position – Port Guardian (Level 1)

2nd Position – Spellmonger (Level 1)

3rd Position – Vengeful Monk (Level 1)

4th Position – Great Bear Druid (Level 1)

5th Position – New Beluroc Aegis (Level 1)

6th Position – Frost Guard Warrior (Level 1)

My enemy's Team

They also had chosen Marlai Singariel as summoner which is for water element. This made me a bit nervous because I wasn't expecting that. I didn't know if my winning possibility was there even a bit.

How the Battle Went

The battle lasted 6 rounds, I think it was shorter not that long and didn't take much time. From the beginning, I thought my team is going to lose because we were dealing with lots of damage and it wasn't an easy battle. But surprisingly my team was also giving damages to the enemy team. We both were giving each other damages and one by one our cards were getting eliminated.

By the later rounds, my enemy's team started falling apart while my remaining cards Great Bear Druid and Frost Guard Warrior made it to the victory in rounds six.

I had secured the victory. So, after the battle ended I got 20 rating points, and then I got promoted to Bronze I in the new season.

My Rewards

I have got some rewards for reaching bronze I, I was very excited to open it. I received a Rare Thalgrimore card and one Nim Guard Captain card, the others were some energies and potions. I don't know yet what can I do with those duplicate cards. Hopefully, I can use them in the future.

Later I opened the daily chest rewards which I've got after winning 5 matches in a row. Two rare card of Ember Roast Sow isn't bad at all.

Looking Ahead

However, it was an incredible journey to Bronze I. I hope to continue collecting more cards, improve my strategies and climb higher in this season. I hope you guys have enjoyed reading my post. If I made any mistakes then please feel free to guide me.
