Alright, so I know the rental fees has been up and active for some time now, but a couple of days back it hit me real good. A whopping 27 dec was used as rental listing fees. Seeing that the rental yield per day is like what, 1 dec, that is like a month's worth. Starting to wonder, is it wise to continue to use rental? Any thoughts anyone?
