A 23 HP Venari Bonesmith

This is the wonderful tale of a little Venari, the Bonesmith kind if you please, and please you should.

It was born little and lonely, but it was soon adopted by @re-public, a powerful master indeed, please and welcome.
Its master fed it and coupled him, over and over, until the little Venari grew faster, and oh boy, wasn't it quick releasing its magic and feeding on those soul fumes emitting from the unfortunate creatures it was hitting? Uh huh, yes it was, please and welcome.

But on day the little Venari (did I mention, of the Bonesmith kind?) met a wandering Water Elemental. Ethereal creature of the water splinter, moist in character as well as in presence, keeping the distance and shouting from back there, like the little Venari was what? Contagious? Unlikely since he had all his vaccines well organized, please and welcome.
