HOW SPLINTERTALK AND LEOFINANCE HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE

my life has been pretty messed up for sometime now, not having a job, overthinking because all the methods and courses which i have watched and tried are all fake and clearly composed by people who youtube is their main source of income. This happened for sometime untill i stumbled upon steemit, dis my research and found out about the concept of "blogging on blockchain".

I immediately tried to register on steemit but i had some problem with registration because they said i had to wait for 2-3weeks before account approval or i could pay 2 steem dollars and I will be approved instantly but i dont have that kind of patience (needed something to do) or 2 steem dollars to pay them so I continued searching and that is when i found out about HIVE.

When i first came unboard the hive blockchain, i had one intention which is "to make money" so I immediately started doing something i learnt in youtube from a popular video creator in the make money niche which is spinning articles [using a bot that rephrases or reword articles(plagiarism)] without knowing the consequencies of doing so. At that time i have not learnt about the different tribes on the blockchain and only had an idea of ecency and the communities which i taught were created inside it like leofinance..etc.

After the first day i started going into different websites like cointelegraph and different crypto blog sites to copy and spin articles and this method seemed successful too me because i saw $20 in one of my post.
After 5 days and just when i taught I have finally made some bucks online, The Hive-Watchers destroyed my party and cancelled all my earning and all i saw was $0.0 😥 , I was a bit confused and i checked my notification only to find that the the article which i spinned was traced back to another website which also spinned the same article and that was when i knew that plagiarism will not get me anywhere or make me any money.

I made up my mind and decided to create a new account @readforfun for two reasons
1: To give value to the community
2:well my rating decreased to 1🤣😂 so i just couldnt continue with that account. After i went into the hive blockchain with a good heart i started understanding how different things work ,different terms and different tribes which were created for different purposes, I began to see the importance of the decision which i made and today i earning is more that $20 and i evwn bought the splinterlands spellbook with my hive token.

I will continue giving value to the different community inorder to earn more and maybe buy a course on a business module.
All thanks to the engagement with posts on splintertalk, leofinance and other communities because it has encouraged me to post even more quality content which will add value and give knowledge to people.

That's quite a history. I've never been tempted to use someone else's stuff, but I understand the desire behind it. I'm glad you came clean. There's a lot more value in that than regurgitating someone else's info. I occasionally post stuff I wrote for college... because I figure, 1, I wrote it, 2, only one person ever read it, and 3, it's dog gone good! Lol

Keep posting original content. You'll go far!

Those "Life Changing" posts that are currently very popular on Hive are incredible. We are usually so into our own realities that we can't imagine the situations other people are living, be those better or worse than our own.
