RE: Retrospectively Reviewing & Reviving my Hair Business

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

Business where you have staff and responsibilities of paying their salary is a bold move to make. You are really brave, because such businesses scare me. I’m a guy, I don’t have any knowledge or skills in making hair(am not even sure I have any skills at all), but I think and I know that the beauty industry is a lucrative one that I don’t mind trying out someday. But my plan is, my “workers” will act as a partner with me. In the sense that, instead of overloading myself with burden of constantly thinking of salary and worrying if they are working hard enough for the salary, we will have a partnership agreement.

This agreement will be:
They get paid based on their performance, that is 20% of whatever they make in a month. This way it makes them work harder and get paid more or get lazy and get paid less, thereby reducing the burden of constantly worrying about their salary.

This is so brilliant!
A commission/performance-based earning structure. I like!
Thank you for this...
Thank you even more for stopping by with all this wisdom 😊
