Count down is on for the Rebellion Reward Cards

The splinterlands announced the new set of reward cards and now the next edition is coming from Rebellion. The current edition of reward cards is from Chaos Legion and now since the new set has already announced it is coming on the 15th of this month, the last edition will be discontinued. There will be no further printing of the older editions so we have a couple of days left to buy if anyone wants to.

So the new set of reward cards will go live on the 15th of August and today it's the 13th of August so there are two days to have the new reward cards in the game. The countdown timer is already on as we can see on the game page. Currently, it is less than two days if you go by the exact time as you can see on the below snapshot and it is a running timer so at any point in time, you can see the exact time left for the new reward cards in the game.

A total of 43 cards will be available and below is the breakup provided by the team in the announcement post. We have the same count of cards from the Chaos Legion as well so there will be no difference in terms of the number of cards but yes there will be some additional abilities.

Rebellion's reward card expansion will be the same size as Chaos Legion's:
12 common cards
12 rare cards
7 epic cards
12 Legendary cards

I am expecting that with the new set of cards, there will be much more fun and excitement in the game but also before the new cards arrive I think that it is good to buy some old cards.

This season will end in less than 2 days and I have 886k glint tokens. Now I'm going to utilise some tokens to buy some cards and I hope the outcome is good.

I have made some purchases for legendary and epic before the availability goes out of his talk or I can say out of the print in the shop. We will have the option to buy from the Rebellion edition from 15th August onwards but we will not allow buying these cards from the reward shop anymore once it is gone. So this way I feel like we still have the opportunity to buy the reward cards from the older editions and I hope this can also be a good decision in the game that I am trying to make I have only purchased some as you can see on the snapshot that I shared. I'll be trying to see if I can buy more until this inventory is available in the reward shop and I hope that this purchase will be worth in the game for me so that I can create some existing cards as well.

Reward cards are good in the game because we get additional rewards while using these cards on the battleground and now these are solely bound so we can use these cards for gameplay but these are not tradable however now the older version will not be sold bound anymore and we will have the option to trade rent delegate or whatever you want to. But with the new edition there will be restrictions and the new cards are going to be soulbound which is also good in a way that the cards will be available only for gameplay specifically.
