Purchased 500 SPS and Staked with 13.6% APR

Every player in the splinterlands game knows the SPS token and how it works. As a player I know what is the importance of SPS tokens in the game and I feel like the more I have the more I feel like having even more SPS tokens in the more I have. I hope that I'm not the only one thinking like this and maybe more people like me are trying to have more spears and once they have it they even become more greedy. It's good to be greedy for sps tokens because with this greed we can buy more and of course, at this low price it can be a good investment also. I keep buying from time to time and even today I bought some tokens that I powered up. It's called staking not the power but the fundamentals are the same since we add the token to the stake and it starts generating some APR.

Today I purchased 500 sps and the price is low in the hive-engine marketplace. SPS token is also listed on many other exchanges but high Indian is easy for me and okay buying from this exchange. I bought it for 0.057 hive and this is the cheapest price I have got in the last few weeks. The market is down and looks like a similar effect has been seen on this open as well. There is no option to buy automatically on hive-engine. I hope this option is added to future updates so that users can buy any coin automatically without manual intervention which is also called BCA but in this case dollar is not involved because the pair is in the form of a hive coin.

The conduction history is on the below snapshot shown under trade history. A lot of people are buying so we can also say that there are more buyers than sellers and it is good because more buyers means there is more demand for the token and the price is expected to go up.

I transferred these tokens to my in-game account which takes about 30 seconds approx. This transfer process is easy and can be done just within a few clicks.

Once I received tokens in my game account I did a stake and below is the snapshot for the same. It also says that the unstaking process takes four weeks which I am aware of but I have never initiated it since the beginning of the SPS token launch.

Now this is done and you can see that there is no liquid token in my game account and the hive-engine wallet. My current holding is 51,000 SPS and it is a good count. I am happy to have this balance and the current value is more than $1000. Trust me this amount is big for anyone in India and even for me this amount matters a lot. I am playing long term with this game and this is why I continue to invest in different assets. Now I prefer investing in tokens because I think it is available at low prices and if things go well we can see it going 10 cents or $0.20. I don't know what will be the future price for this token but I hope my investment will be much more valuable in the future.

Currently, APR is more than 13% and I see that this is stable for the last few months. It is good for everyone who is holding the token in the game account because just for the holding token we are earning this APR and this interest rate is very good I must say. In India bank accounts usually pay an interest rate of 7% to 8% but with the SPS icon ear more than 13% so I'm very happy to have this. This can be even more valuable if the price goes up which will surely happen but might take some time so I'm not in a hurry and I'm investing in this coin for the long term.

I'm happy playing this game and it's been a couple of years for me. I have many cards and am still planning to invest in some more cards from the latest edition but it will take some time because this time I am investing in SPS. Once this part is done I'll be focusing on buying the card but for now, whatever I have is good enough for me because most of my cards are far from the Chaos Legion edition.
