I have talked about several ways of earning from Splinterlands in my past blogs. Today, let me share what my account has been earning from Splinterlands. I am not going to share every other details, as that might bore you to death lol but some of the facts are out there which would definitely make your time worth while in this post.

Tournaments

Splinterlands is such a game where it will sort of take care of you, if you know what you are doing. To start with I would say, there are users who are continuously playing full time and they are earning substantial amount of return from the game. The tournaments have been an amazing place to get some very decent returns for the investments made in the deck of cards. As usual playing the game does takes time and a lot of effort. Since there are new players, new strategies are being revamped and also do not forget the bots. Going through all of these does requires a lot of time and effort.

As you may see an upcoming rewards of more than $7000 are out there awaiting for players to grab. This does keeps on going every week for players to grab. A very wise and nice utility of holding the cards into an account, apart from the usual rewards which can easily be gained by playing ranked battled matches.

• Renting out cards

This is something which I have been doing for quite some time. I am in such a place where I can not play the game full time. Also my deck is not that advanced to compete with some of those monsters out there lol. But there are ways to get benefitted from and so far I have been doing pretty great, I would say. I have rented out my cards completely and so far I am getting DEC as payment everyday.

On an average, I am earning 869 DEC everyday. Well, that amount is not really that much that I must say. But what I have seen in the past that with my account I have played for few days and the amount that I got was way less than that I have and also the issue of time is somewhat a big problem for me. So, renting out the cards seemed the best option for me for the time being. I would definitely, be a full time SL player but it will take some time and once I am ready for all those passive income than I will not have to worry about other things. So that I cam completely focus on the game only.

What am I doing with those DEC?

Well, since the amount is really small, I can not think of doing something amazingly amazing with it. But for now, I am converting those DEC into SPS and staking it everyday. This way, I am getting some more SPS everyday and also my staked balance gets increased and so does my staking rewards. I also am keeping some DEC and saving it up. Just in case ;)

Rental Market

Rental market has been seeing some surge lately. Seems like something good is coming along the way. While the decline $$ value is a concern and hopefully it will get back up with the recent updates coming along the pipeline of Splinterlands.

I have been manually keeping a tab on my cards from the beginning. It is sort of difficult to keep up to date with the SL market conditions of rentals.
