Blasting through the Roof....
With all the efforts for the past few weeks and all the time that has been spent on this game, I was able to cross the phase which I intended to. Although, it can be easily achieved by many! But playing with OG players where I felt like a helpless baby in front of their play style and formats, this is a step forward in the game!
Like I mentioned in my previous post, I have been coping up and getting to know about different strategies by limiting myself in the bronze league. But as I jumped across to the next level of Silver league, the scenario sort of changed a lot. It brought back many old memories where I used to play at Diamond and beyond. But the ride has been smooth and I am planning to keep the game on going!
One interesting fact about this ride is, I have been playing this league for the last 48 hours. I used to be quite itchy when I was not having much fun in the bronze league. But as I stated, the situations started to change as soon as I advanced in Silver League. I have been experiencing much stronger opponent, with pretty cool strategies. Some of them were knocking me out with even lower level cards. Learned a lot and improvising along the way.
The match which helped me reach to the silver league 1 was something which I was not expecting. But it was pretty awesome from my POV. As you can see, I was expecting something but got surprised during the match.

My opponent probably expected my move and came up with a pretty nice strategy on this match. I wanted to go with Fire deck but I preferred water deck due to the scattershot and explosive weaponry. Which would not only give me additional benefits due to my monster magic attack but it would also help me defeat the enemy faster.
What went through?
If I am being honest, things are not same at all. More players have joined the game, the bots are more effective than before which is why the competition is tougher than ever. But it is most effective when you get to enjoy the game and keep on playing. As I reached the Silver league, I was excited about the focus chests. As I has the idea there would be some improvements in the rewards as I have come this far.
Upon completing the chests for the day I got these rewards. As far as I can remember my first ever gf reward card in this league. I do not know why but this seemed a step forward to my next goal. Although, there are plenty of stuffs which needs to be taken care of in order to reach to the next level of this match which is the Gold league. I suppose this season I would stick to Silver and just have some fun all along.

If you all are aware of the recent change in battles, where energy was introduced in the game, where 1 energy gets depleted after every battle and it regenerates over a period of an hour for every 1 percent. I had such extreme fever of reaching this league that I had depleted the whole bar and as of now I am just waiting for it to regenerate. I must admit, it was one of a kind moment for me to reach upon here.
I am expecting to get some decent rewards from season chest this season. As of now, I have around 67 chests awaiting for me to open. I am expecting it to reach around 80 before the season ends. Well, this is just a speculation that I am upto. But I will try my best to get there before the season takes over.
I have been upgrading cards quite often. Well, so far I am going after common cards atm and I am upgrading those cards that I use quite often in my gameplay. This way, it is helping me to strengthen my deck and also allowing to compound my assets for future purpose.

Wait, why were you playing back in Bronze when you used to play in Diamond? What happened there?
And yeah Bronze can be really frustrating sometimes. I had much more fun in Silver, and even more fun now in Gold league. (although I don't have strong enough deck to fight in top Gold, I do ok in mid Gold 1)
Long story short, I once almost quit Splinterlands in the past. One of the main issue was time. I was not playing enough and I was not able to manage my deck as well. Which is why got back and as of now I am building my decks from scratch and moving upwards. As of now I am enjoying playing the game, that's what matters
Yeah, I am loving the upper leagues. It will take some time for me to get back to where I was but it will be a worthy ride I suppose ;)
