Play to-earn gaming sector has been increasing everyday. The impact of it is gradually making people realize the value of crypto gaming industry. Splinterlands has been creating phenomenon incidents with its innovative ideas. Which is why, whenever something new pops up in the radar of Splinterlands, people seem to go crazy over it. Be that it may lands, new set of cards, any new reveal of cards and what not! It does really implicates how much dedicated the team is and how much investors and players are appreciating the good will of the approaches of Splinterlands.

So there you go, this is how much I myself believe in Splinterlands. Well this is completely my own opinion. I honestly do not think the time that have been spend on Splinterlands over the years will go in vain. Let alone all the money, time, effort that have been spend on this game will go unnoticed. As there are hiccups along the road and sometimes some mis-communication might occur along the road but there is always hope, I suppose. In addition some of the whales are quite deep into the game and what I can say according to that, we might be looking into something big along the way. Till then, I might keep on collecting as much as I can!

• Another Spike happens

In the last price hike of Splinterlands assets, it made everyone go crazy! Even those people who had no interest in Splinterlands, poked their nose of about how this game actually works. And it did a lot of positive impact as we keep on saying. Well, keeping everything in mind, there will be spikes happening in the future (just my assumption) and if I get the chance, I will make sure to make the best use of it.

• Recent changes

The https://terablock.com/ Bridge which is currently the talk of the game. It has been affecting users in different ways. Now according to SPlinterlands there were legal issues happening, which is why this bridge has to be made. Now everything is correct and as an investor and a player I do not want the name of Splinterlands gets ruined or they get into any sort of trouble due to this small issue. But keeping that in mind, the service terrablock is providing is also great. They have come into play and making an impact in the game which is kinda cool.

The fees/charges that are being deducted is 0.5% atm. I am still kind of concerned about this particular fact. Now, I am aware that this is not really an issue when you do small transfers but when you go big, than the differences in the charge becomes huge. At some cases the bridge fees exceeds in more amount than an ordinary ETH transactions. Which is crazy. A 0.5% is a lot from my pov for big amounts.

From what I understand the mechanism used to work like this before (correct me if I am wrong)

• 1st step : A BSC account transfers SPS/DEC to SPlinterlands accounts in BSC.
• 2nd Step: SL account transfers those DEC/SPS to ingame of the owner

In those two phases SL looses a certain amount of BNB (as gas fees) for commencing through this transactions. I am not a tech guy but according to my geeky knowledge there can be two solutions for DEC and SPS transfers from and to BSC wallets :

• Whatever amount of BNB is being used up by SL for transferring from and to BSC, they can charge 1.5x or double the amount to the owner. For instance, if it costs 0.002 BNB for a transaction of sending an "X" amount of SPS/DEC, they can create a smart contract where it will charge the owner 1.5x that amount. So this way SL can cover the loss with some extra benefits. I would be happy to pay that fees as long as it does not loots me lol.

• If there could be a way to cap the amount of SPS or DEC charged for transactions for BSC transfers. Like lets say 20/30/40 SPS max will be charged for lets say "X" amount. Cap the total amount in single transactions as well, such as max 10k, 20k, 30k SPS can be transferred in a single transaction.

Communication solves biggest problems

More communication with the community is needed regarding this matter from SL team. I faced a problem regarding this issue and I was quite freaked out when I read the note while doing the transfer. The note was somehow like this, "any issues or looses using this (terrablock) service, SL is not responsible" and during the transaction it said max time of the transfer would be an hour but it was more than 5 hours but still no transfers were made for my transaction. So I literally freaked out.

So clearly a communication strategy is much needed and in the past regarding this sort of issues SL team was successful in sorting these issues in no time. But what have happened now. I went in support of terrablock but as of writing this post still no response from them and it has been more than two days;) but yeah I have received my fund though. But tbh that scared the shit out of me and I will think two or three times before using this service now!

I really hope this issue gets fixed and we get to see a clear and smooth way of transferring funds from our accounts. hats off to Splinterlands as they have done an excellent job in maintaining the balance and have confronted every issues regarding this transfers in the past. Lets see how does terrablock comes to rescue for us.
