#15 - Renting 1,000 CP By Bidding on PeakMonsters + 10 DEC Giveaway! - For Beginners

Hi everyone!

In response to my earlier post on how I managed to progress from Bronze 3 to Bronze 1 with just 10 DEC, one of the first steps was to use 10 DEC to rent 1,000 CP to reach Bronze 2.

PeakMonsters recently launched a functionality to allow players to bid for CP rental so I am going to use 10 DEC to try bidding for 1,000 CP!

Here's what I did:

1. Grant the Splinterlands 'Rental Authority' to PeakMonsters by clicking "Configure CP Bid" and click Confirm.
   
2. Click "Configure CP Bid" and key in your request. So I chose:

• Bid: 200 CP/DEC (let's be a little ambitious)
• Min/Max: 1,000 to 1,200 CP (a range to provide some flexibility)
• Min per card: 50 CP
  Note: The above numbers are just a guide. You can choose whichever bids and ranges that suit your needs.
  

And you are done! No more stressful monitoring and countless refreshing to look for cards and calculating CP/DEC ratios!

To check on your status, you can go back to the "Rent" tab and click on the button.

After only 15 minutes, I checked the page again and noticed that the system has filled my bid. My order was filled with a 1,200 CP card at 5 DEC/day! The screenshot below is the proof! If you noticed, my bid was 200 CP/DEC and I have managed to get a rate of 240 CP/DEC, which is even better! This is because PeakMonsters will find cards at your bid rate or better. So not only do you save time, you save rental cost too!

Do take note that the rentals are at least 2 days so this means with 10 DEC, I have managed to rent 1,200 CP with 10 DEC (5 DEC/day) for 2 days!
