Chaos Legion Presale Ends

On 11/25/2021 the Splinterlands team announced that the Chaos Legion Presale event had ended and that it was a smashing success. They go on to thank everyone who participated. The date of General Sale 1.0 was announced (December 8th/ 2021).

Second Pack Sale

On 11/30/2021 the Splinterlands team provides us with much information in regards to the sale of Chaos Legion Booster Packs. Such mentions include; the Voucher system that was put in place, start date of General Sale 1.0, the expected start date of General Sale 2.0. It was also announced that going forward packs can only be purchased using in game Credits. Purchasing credits is a very simple and pain free process. Credit purchases are done on the official Splinterlands site with Paypal and Cryptocurrency options at your disposal.

SPS On Sushiswap

On the date of 12/03/2021 Splinterlands announced their partnership with Sushiswap. To celebrate Splinterlands fronted 900,000 SPS tokens to a liquidy pool. The 900,000 SPS was to be distributed over a 60 day period to Liquidity Providers!

The War Begins

Special NFT's have been releasing on the official Splinterlands blog site known as Splintertalk. On the date of 12/07/2021 Splinterlands releases a short video and story on its blog. Watch the Youtube video to listen to the story or click the above highlighted link to read the story in full.

Tournament Payouts To Date

Near Five Million USD (FIVE Million USD), Let me say that again FIVE MILLION USD has been won by Splinterland players across the globe who have participated in Splinterland Tournaments. While that is a massive number I suspect it won't take long for Splinterlands to supersede that amount. If this doesn't get you excited to play Splinterlands nothing will.

Splinterlands Art Contest!

Splinterlands has a *weekly art contest. On offer to those who participate is 10 Booster Packs that will be divided up amoung the winners of the contest. Thanks for listing my Reward card giveaway in your Best Asset section! I !LUV looking at that Splinterlands Market Cap chart. I dropped when CL packs were finally released like everyone thought it would, but I think it's holding up pretty well. How do you think it will react when the general sale happens in January?

I think once general sale 2.0 opens we are going to see a dip in "older" card prices but an overall USD increase in Splinterland cards total marketcap. I also suspect our "older" cards USD value to go on the upward trend once land is functional. I'll be keeping my eye out on ways to increase my Alpha/Beta and "old" Reward card holdings.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Alpha prices briefly dip a little. I have a few cards I'd like to bump up to a higher level if affordable.

They do not stop releasing news is a game that is really alive regardless of what its assets fluctuate. I think we will continue to see very interesting things.

It's frigging nuts! I'm pretty sure I saw a tournament on there a few days ago with a prize pool of 10k! I also loved how easy it was to get the credits. I was thinking it was going to be a huge pain converting some of my DEC to credits, but it was easy as a click of a button!
