Hello everyone, this week Splinterlands battle theme is WOOD NYMPH.
WOOD NYMPH is a common splinter earth monster with magic attack and main ability Tank Heal (restore part of the front line monster's health) and at higher levels acquires the ability Strengthen (increases the health of all monsters).
Its main characteristic is its ability to Tank Heal, however the weak points of the card is its low speed and health, but it increases according to the evolution of the card, which makes the monster more complete at all levels (attack / speed / health )

I share a battle where I used WOOD NYMPH against the player @PREIMPROVEMENT
Battle Setup
For the battle I used the following set of cards,
As a summoner I used OBSIDIAN
In battlefield positions,
1-UNICORN MUSTANG (melee attack with Void skill - reduces damage from magic attacks)
2- REGAL PERYTON (magic attack with Flying skill)
3-WOOD NYMPH
4-GOBLIN PSYCHIC (magic attack with Tank Heal ability)
5-BROWNIE (melee attack with Swiftness skill - increases monster speed)
6- HUNTER JARX(ranged attack with snipe skill)
Rule set for this battle is that you can't use neutral monsters and monsters lose sneak and snipe ability

Battle Details
My opponent chose the same summoner and splinter Earth with some of the same cards, and differently chose MYCELIC SLIPSAWN magic attack with Taunt ability, MYCELIC INFANTRY melee attack with Shield ability and KHMER PRINCESS magic attack.
As I have the BROWNIE monster among the same cards mine will attack first, so my monsters with Tank Heal ability will heal my first line before my opponent, BROWNIE being an important card in the battle deck set
In this round I can destroy MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN and so my monsters will all attack the enemy's front line and my monsters with Tank Heal skill can keep my first line in combat
In this round I end up destroying the UNICORN MUSTANG and my Tank Heals continue to keep my MUSTANG active and the combat starts to become advantageous for me because I have more monsters and still have two Tank Heals, if having one is important, having two is great
It's being a perfect fight with no loss of monsters when they are working perfectly, at the end of this round the opponent has only one monster and the battle is about to end, with a victory for my monsters
And that's it, good victory!
The speed with which the monsters attack makes a difference in the course of the battle, although my magic cards have low speed, I used BROWNIE to help, with two Tank Heal monsters I managed to keep my first line active throughout the fight and with that reach the end of the battle without losing monsters
