So 12 days in and the LAND is working nicely.....

Production Overview...

Here's the overview of production...

You can see that early on I've gone...

  • 40% SPS
  • 35% Research
  • 25% grain

They are obs approximate breakdowns and in boosted PP, so actually in base PP terms we are slightly higher on the grain.

I've got around 85 of the plots either constructed or under construction, so there are several more coming online soon.... MORE research and grain mainly, so the balance will shift.

I'm running a grain deficit for the first month as I started with 1.5M grain, I THINK I've got enough grain farms coming online by mid Jan to be self-sufficient.

If not, I can always tweak individual workers or shift some research/ SPS to grain if necessary.

Almost 2.1 M DEC staked, that's a lot of DEC!

In terms of cards I have around 30 maxed regular rares/ epics/ legendaries from CHAOS that I'm just not using as I don't have the DEC.... I'd need around another 300K just to bring those online.

Instead of using these I've got all my little Untamed and Beta dregs constructing grain farms, 2-5 times as efficient as Chaos!

Best SPS plot...

In typical splinterlands style almost one third of my SPS comes from one plot: my legendary regular and another third comes from one of my occupieds. These are the plots with > 40K PP on them! I could only afford that for around 5 plots...

Best research plot...

This my one epic magical which I again put > 40K PP on, producing around 25% of my entire research harvest.

Shortly coming online...

In the next week I've got a lot more research and couple more shard mines coming online, and some grain too...

I only had enough time crystals to get 58 plots up and running and it's slow going to build shard mines and research huts even with 20K PP staked!

Castle...

This is mainly from my own production, at least it's resources that aren't getting burned, so it's better than nothing.

I am gonna wait until Thursday to harvest, that's just over 100% chance of getting a totem frag I think.

When I do that I'll also lower the PP a little as my region is a little slow so I am wasting have 38K staked to it!

Regional development a bit slow!

Yeah, outside of my tract top left it's not great.

There is a similar amount under construction, but it's slow, I'm sure at least 2 of the tracts are owned by megawhales who seem to have no interest in developing them!

Land so far final thoughts...

I am enjoying the game, I've always liked building games.

I am just gonna slowly stack more DEC buy a few more cards and gradually level up!

Impressive gains and farming, I am yet to put all my plots at work. But I have a plan in motion, still need to get some DEC to support my strategy.

How do you calculate the totem chance?
Also, did not have the inspiration to get time crystals, so all my lands I am waiting to get ready, 1 to 50 days. Looks like a lot of work to do:

Totem chance is 0.007% per hour per 1K base PP,, 10* on a castle plot.

My lower plots - 2 months for some of them! It's a long play fer sure!

Looks awesome mate, I love the concept if the game. I've been out of touch though so not even sure what's going on with Sp land. I'll have to investigate when I get a chance this week. What do you suggest is a good start? Perhaps buy and build it seems?

Check out the secret of praetoria whitepaper to start. It ain't cheap to get started - you need a lot of DEC after land and old and gold cards are by far the best for land staking. But it's a fun building game so far.

lol ! 112k PP/hr on your best SPS plot, that is a VERY nice number, grats !!!

I keep waking up and finding land I want to buy, the game wont let me hold any DEC for long :-), I'm going to be developing them slowly, I'm up to 16 plots now, only 3 producing and 4 under construction. Slowly, slowly, catchee monkey

I can see the land market gradually drying up in the near future as people shuffle round what they need, settle into a region and have the resource allocation they want to develop into the future. At that point, most land holders will be reasonably strong holders I feel
