What happens when the reward pool is building during maintenance?

Quick explanation on the reward pool as I see much confusion, even complaints about abuse. People think a rollback is needed (as if), or accusations of a bug regarding the huge dec payouts just now when the ranked battles were back for a short period:

1. There's a certain amount of dec distributed daily. This is 1m usually unless the price deviates from the peg (1k dec = $1) since the price is way high due to recent increase in demand, there's already more distribution in an attempt to bring it down some

2. When nobody is playing (maintenance for example) the reward pool builds up till there's (more) people playing again

3. when nobody is playing each players ecr (energy capture rate) recovers too, so most were at 100% when ranked came back

So these 3 combined made a lot of dec available for distribution in a very short time.

So not:

• a bug
• abuse
  -need for a rollback
  -rugpull
