THE BATTLE
The battle started having these rules:
The battle is a 20 mana cap fight with No Standard. This mean that any monster can be use in the battle as long as they can be fitted in 20 mana cap.
SELECTION OF CARDS
The Summoner that I choose this time is THADDIUS BROOD.
This Summoner reduces the magic attack and the life of opponent's monsters. This is a good Summoner because magic attacks can only be avoided somtimes and can obly be resist by a cerrtain ability. Reducing the magic attack of the monster is a good strategy to lessen the possible damages it can create. Also, reducing the life of the monster is also genious because will give you already a big advantage throughout the battle.
Next, I choose the tank that I think fitted for battle. I decided to use the BONE GOLEM.
BONE GOLEM is a Death Splinter with Void ability. Monsters with this kind of ability reduces the magic attack damage of the other monster attacking this card. It has 3 melee attacks, 2 shields, 1 speed, and 6 lives. Looking at the attacking ability, defensive ability, and the life of this monster, we can say that this monster should be watch out and the one that we should be looking in the market. Despite of its pretty good position in attacking and defensive state, this monster has also weakness due to its low speed. Base on its speed, it cannot evade any attacks.
This monster is a good tank for SHADOW SNITCH because it can really last long in the battle; giving the SHADOW SNITCH more chance to create attacks on the other cards.
The next card that I chose to be in the second position is the SHADOW SNITCH.
The SHADOW SNITCH is a Death Splinter with Reach ability. Monsters with this kind of ability have the chance to attack other monster, as long as it is placed in the second position. It has 1 melee attack, 1 speed, and 5 lives. This kind of monster is very effective in the second position because we can really use its full potential by placing it in this position.
For the third and last position, I decided to use SILENT SHA-VI.
SILENT SHA-VI is a Death Splinter with Sneak ability. Monster with this kind of ability can attack other monster that is in the last position. This is a really good ability because commonly, players position their strongest card in the back. These "strongest" card is usually have smaller lives compared to othr cards; leaving them very vulnerable on being eliminated in the game early. Also, I position this card on the last position because I do think that it can resist other backward attacks that can be made by the opponent.
THE FIGHT
The battle started and all the summoner's effect takes over.
ROUND 1 (THE SUMMONER'S EFFECT)
In the the round 1, the opponent already have a huge disadvantage. The summoner that the opponent pick is OBSIDIAN. This summoner gives an additional magic attack damage to every Earth Splinters. But because of the summoner that I picked, the power of OBSIDIAN was negated. Also, due to THADDIUS BROOD, all of the monsters by the opponent, the lives of his monsters was reduced by 1. As the exchange of attack continues, two of the opponent monsters was wiped out.
ROUND 2 (WIPED OUT)
In round 2, the struggle continues. The exchange of attacks continue and two of its monsters was eliminated again from the game; leaving him one monster left on the field.
ROUND 3 (THE POWER OF SPEED I)
In round 3, its been a struggle for me. All of my attacks missed. This is because of the speed that the opponent has. By looking at that, we can see that there is a high probability of evading all of my attacks and this worries me. Due to this, the opponent survives another round.
ROUND 4 (THE POWER OF SPEED I)
In the round 4, the exchange of attacks continues. Also, the evading continues. It is still a struggle for me to hit the monster of the opponent due to its speed. But luckily, I reduces its life, which gives me a better advantage for the next round.
ROUND 5 (THE GOLDEN ATTACK)
In round 5, the fight continues and the evading of attacks continues. Speed still becomes my problem. Luckily, one of my attacks hit and that leads me to my victory.
CONCLUSION
Overall, the battle is great and every monster that I choose performs well. For SHADOW SNITCH, I think it did good but not great. It is a good card due to its ability and high life but the fact that it only has 1 melee attack and 1 speed makes me worry on the whole battle. Speed could be the biggest problem in this card. I suggest that if you are going to use this card, pick a summoner that can increase its speed or attack. With that, it can eliminate the problem in this card.

I think you're experiencing that the value of melee reach with 1 Melee/Speed is kinda "meh" until you level it up to 6 where it gains Affliction and 2 Melee/3 Speed. At that point, it's great for stripping heals from the opponent's tank.
Up until that point, however, I'd agree that it's simply an "okay" card. Thanks for takin' the time to put all of this together!
!1UP
Yeah, that's what I feel. I think it will be powerful as it level up and as long as it is paired with the right monsters.
At level 4 it gains one extra melee point. That was the point that I started to use it in my Silver & Gold league games. Before that I really didn't like this card.
