Splinterlands - Buying 4 Escalation Packs in Pre Sale and 10 Foundation Packs Opening
Hello everyone,
How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.
Today in Splinterlands, I did something that I believe many players are planning to do. I participated in the presale of the Escalation packs.

There are three currencies that can be used to buy them. You can use Credits, DEC, or SPS. I personally chose to use SPS because I already had an SPS balance available in my account. In total, I purchased four Escalation packs. As you can see in the screenshot below, they are currently in my inventory, but they cannot be opened yet.

So for now, I am waiting.
When they finally become available to open, I plan to use both potions to increase my chances of getting something valuable. Hopefully, I will receive something exciting from them.
Along with that, I also had ten Foundation packs. Naturally, I opened them with the hope of getting at least one Legendary card.

But as usual, Legendary cards in Foundation packs are extremely rare, and luck was not on my side this time.
You can check the screenshot below to see all the cards I won. Honestly, there was not a single card that truly excited me. Yes, I did pull a Gold card, but it was only a common Gold card, not even a rare one. So that did not feel very special.

I did receive some Rare cards and a few Summoners, which I needed, so that is something positive. But overall, I would say this was probably my worst Foundation opening since I started playing in the Frontier League.
That is how randomness works sometimes.
On a positive note, I managed to maintain a streak of five wins today. That definitely felt good, and I hope to extend it even further in the coming battles.

Let me share one interesting battle from today.
The rule set was very powerful. All units had Blast ability and all units also had Amplify ability.
Because of this, I decided to go with the Water element.
My strategy was simple. I focused on high attack damage monsters.
In Blast modifier battles, when a monster deals damage to the main target, the adjacent enemies also take damage. So if your monster deals three damage to the main target, the adjacent monsters will also suffer from additional damage.

That is why I specifically chose monsters with three attack power. In fact, I had two monsters with three attack damage in my lineup. My goal was to maximize the Blast impact and put pressure on multiple enemies at once.
And it worked.

The strategy paid off, and I won the battle.
So here is a small tip. Whenever you see the Blast ability in the rule set, prioritize monsters with high attack damage. That is one of the smartest ways to take advantage of that rule.
That is everything I did in Splinterlands today. I secured the presale packs, opened my Foundation packs even though luck was not on my side, and maintained a solid winning streak.

In the screenshot above is my terracore base attacks and they were quite nice and winning 1200+ in 6 attacks does not need complaining. I am happy to win that much and there are penalties on my base so that is something I can not ignore.

In my golem overlord base we won massice 132 shards that too just with 16 attacks used and there also I was happy with the loots today. I wish they can cross 200 someday and I can be more happy.
Thank You, that is all for today.
