Splinterlands Season End - From Buying 100+ Foundation chest to Reaching Silver League 1, here is all I Achieved

How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.

In about 1 hour, the current Splinterlands season is going to end. In this blog, I am going to share the achievements I was able to make in the last few days. I invested a good amount of money into the game.

I bought more than 100 Foundation chest boxes and also purchased legendary monsters directly from the market. Because of this, I was able to reach a new league today. I have reached Silver 1, as you can see in the screenshot below, and I will be sharing the rewards very soon.

During this season, I learned the importance of both low mana cost cards and high mana battles. Many times, we focus only on using high mana cost monsters in battles.

But when you play regularly and with consistency, you realize that low mana cost monsters can be very effective even in high mana battles. Sometimes they are the main reason behind a win.

This is especially true for monsters like Spellmonger, Scales of Justice, Codex Sage, and similar cards. These monsters come with strong abilities, and you should definitely try using them properly. Learning how to use them is important, otherwise their true value is wasted.

Let us take the example of Arcane Curator. This card comes with 2 abilities, including Backfire. With this ability, the enemy takes 2 physical damage if they miss their attack on this monster. This card is very useful mainly because of its speed.

It comes with a speed of 4, as shown in the screenshot below. When upgraded to the max level, its speed becomes 5 and its health also increases to 5.

This means it can deal damage to enemies through its ability even without having melee, ranged, or magic attack. To reach speed 5, you only need level 2, but I prefer upgrading it to level 4 so that the health also increases and the card becomes more effective.

I also learned how important it is to upgrade summoners. Without upgrading them, you cannot use your monsters at higher levels. So using and upgrading summoners properly is very necessary for better performance.

I also won my very first legendary card from daily rewards, as shown in the screenshot below. It came from the neutral category. I am happy about it, even though I had already bought this card earlier from the market. At the time of writing this post, it is trading at about $0.35.

I might sell it because I already have a max level legendary card, Alan Musketeer. I am also thinking about doing a giveaway. If 5 people comment under this post for a giveaway, I will give this card to 1 of them.

That is all from this season. Now I am waiting for the new season. My next target is to reach Gold league in the coming season because that would give me 3 Foundation chests per day, which becomes about 90 Foundation chests in a month. That is really amazing, and I will definitely try to reach that goal.

In terracore base as you can see in the screenshot above, we performed 6 attacks today and won something worth unlike yesterday where all our attacks were dodged and nothing came in our bag. I hope that was just a bug and it never happens again with me.

In our golem overlord base as well we won quite less compared to what we win generally. I wish it was above 100 shards for me but that is all we got today even though we used almost half of our attacks.
