Let me explain. From my perspective, your drawing has no business being in an art competition. It's true that participation is unconditional, but I don't see any effort in your drawing, and I consider it in poor taste for the artists who dedicate hours to the works we enter.
I've seen efforts from people who are learning, and they are always supported to continue improving, but this isn't the case.
