As we prepare for the launch of Conclave Arcana, we need to update Brawl frays to reflect the upcoming Chaos Legion rotation out of Modern.

Last month, I shared a post outlining three potential approaches and gathered community feedback:

After reviewing the comments and having discussions with multiple players on Discord, it became clear that we should evaluate each tier independently rather than applying a single approach across all tiers.
